Acceptable Use Policy
L'Amore Vince Last updated: June 12, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy (this "AUP") defines the technical, security, and legal limits on how you may access and use the websites, applications, APIs, and services operated by L'Amore Vince, Inc. ("L'Amore Vince," the "Company," "we," "us," or "our") (collectively, the "Services"). This AUP supplements, and is incorporated into, our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. The Community Guidelines govern how you treat people; this AUP governs how you are permitted to interact with our systems, data, accounts, and economy.
Violation of this AUP may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account, forfeiture of all credits and purchases without refund, blocking of devices, IP ranges, and payment instruments, preservation and disclosure of information as permitted or required by law, referral to law enforcement, and pursuit of all available civil and criminal remedies, including under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act, the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, state computer crime statutes, and equivalent laws in other jurisdictions. The Company's determination of whether conduct violates this AUP is made in its sole discretion and is final.
1. Permitted Use
You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services through the interfaces we provide, for your personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with our Terms of Service, the Community Guidelines, this AUP, and applicable law. Any use of the Services not expressly permitted is prohibited.
2. Prohibited Technical Actions
You must not, and must not attempt to, enable, assist, or pay any third party to:
- Scrape, crawl, harvest, spider, or index the Services or any data on them by any automated means, including bots, scripts, headless browsers, browser extensions, or AI agents, regardless of purpose and regardless of whether the data is publicly visible.
- Access the Services through automated means of any kind, including automated account creation, automated login, automated messaging, automated check-in, scripted matching activity, or macro tools.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, translate, or derive the source code of any part of the Services, including client applications, APIs, network protocols, and obfuscated code, except solely to the extent such restriction is expressly prohibited by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Services or any related system or network, or breach or circumvent any security or authentication measure, without our prior written authorization. We do not currently operate a public bug bounty; unsolicited "security research" against production systems is unauthorized access.
- Circumvent, disable, remove, or interfere with any security feature, rate limit, access control, age gate, geo-restriction, identity or liveness verification, daily check-in mechanism, content moderation system, ban, suspension, or other technical protection measure.
- Inject malicious code — viruses, worms, trojans, ransomware, spyware, logic bombs, or any other harmful code — or attempt injection attacks (including SQL injection, XSS, CSRF, SSRF), session hijacking, credential stuffing, brute-force attacks, or man-in-the-middle interception against the Services or any user.
- Overload or impair infrastructure, including denial-of-service (DoS) or distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, request flooding, resource exhaustion, or any activity that imposes an unreasonable load on our systems as determined by us.
- Interfere with any other user's access to or use of the Services.
- Frame, mirror, or embed the Services, or use our trademarks, branding, or content, without our prior written consent.
- Develop, distribute, or use any third-party software, tool, or service that interoperates with the Services without our prior written consent, including unofficial clients, automation tools, and "enhancement" extensions.
3. API and Data Restrictions
- The Services' APIs are private. No API access is authorized except through the official client applications we publish. Direct API calls, replayed or modified requests, and use of extracted API credentials or tokens are unauthorized access.
- No bulk data extraction. You must not collect, compile, store, mirror, or create datasets from Services data — including profiles, photos, bios, Q&A answers, check-in or activity data, event data, leaderboard data, or metadata — by any means, manual or automated.
- No use of Services data to train, fine-tune, or evaluate machine-learning or AI models, and no provision of Services data to any third party for that purpose.
- No sale, licensing, or commercial exploitation of any data obtained from the Services.
- You must not collect, store, or compile other users' personal information — including names, photos, contact details, or activity data — for any purpose not expressly authorized by our policies, whether collected manually or by automated means.
4. Account Integrity
You must not:
- Share your account or credentials with any other person, or permit any other person to access or operate your account.
- Buy, sell, rent, lease, trade, gift, or transfer any account, username, credit balance, game unlock, streak, or other account attribute, or advertise or broker any such transaction, on or off the Services.
- Create or operate multiple accounts, or create an account for, or on behalf of, another person.
- Evade enforcement. Creating a new account, or using another person's account, a new device, a new payment method, a new phone number, or any other means to access the Services after a suspension, ban, or other restriction is prohibited. All accounts associated with ban evasion will be terminated.
- Use VPNs, proxies, Tor, or other anonymization or location-spoofing tools to circumvent geo-restrictions, bans, suspensions, verification, fraud controls, or any other enforcement or security measure. (Use of a VPN for ordinary privacy, without circumvention, is not itself a violation.)
- Misrepresent device, location, or identity signals to the Services, including GPS spoofing, device-fingerprint manipulation, emulator use intended to defeat verification, and SIM or number-cycling to defeat phone verification.
5. Credits, Purchases, and Economic Integrity
The credits system is part of our platform economy and is additionally governed by the Credits Policy. You must not:
- Exploit any bug, glitch, race condition, or unintended behavior to obtain, duplicate, retain, or avoid spending credits, unlocks, or any other thing of value. If you discover such a defect, you must report it to support@lamorevince.com and must not use or disclose it. Credits or benefits obtained through exploitation may be reversed, and the account terminated.
- Buy, sell, or transfer credits outside the platform, or operate or use any third-party marketplace, top-up service, or "cheap credits" scheme.
- Initiate a chargeback or payment dispute in order to obtain services without payment. Friendly-fraud chargebacks result in immediate suspension, forfeiture of all credits, a balance owed to the Company, and may result in referral to collections and to law enforcement. Contact support@lamorevince.com first; legitimate billing errors are resolved promptly.
- Use stolen, unauthorized, or fraudulent payment instruments, or launder funds through purchases on the Services.
- Manipulate earn mechanics, including fabricating verification events, social-share rewards, referral rewards, streak rewards, or onboarding rewards.
6. Prohibited Content and Illegal Use
You must not use the Services to host, transmit, facilitate, promote, or engage in:
- Child sexual abuse material or any sexualization of minors (see Community Guidelines Section 4 — immediate termination and reporting to NCMEC and law enforcement).
- Human trafficking, sexual exploitation, or coercion of any kind.
- Fraud, phishing, identity theft, romance scams, money laundering, or financial scams.
- Sale or distribution of illegal drugs, weapons, counterfeit or stolen goods, or other contraband.
- Infringement of any third party's intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
- Any other activity that is unlawful in your jurisdiction or in the United States.
7. Monitoring and Investigation
We may monitor use of the Services for compliance with this AUP using automated and manual means, consistent with our Privacy Policy. We may investigate any suspected violation, and in doing so may preserve content, logs, device identifiers, payment records, and network data; may suspend accounts pending investigation; and may disclose information to law enforcement, payment networks, and other parties as permitted or required by law. We have no obligation to monitor, and our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver.
8. Consequences and Remedies
Consequences for violating this AUP mirror and extend the enforcement framework in our Community Guidelines: warning, feature restriction, temporary suspension, permanent termination with forfeiture of all credits and purchases, device and payment-instrument blocking, and law enforcement referral, applied in any order at our sole discretion. In addition:
- You agree that violations of Sections 2 and 3 cause the Company irreparable harm for which monetary damages are inadequate, and that the Company is entitled to injunctive relief without the necessity of posting bond, in addition to all other remedies.
- You agree to be liable for, and to reimburse the Company for, all damages, losses, and costs (including investigation costs, infrastructure costs, and reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of this AUP.
- The Company reserves the right to pursue all available civil and criminal remedies against any person who violates this AUP.
9. Reporting Violations
To report a suspected violation of this AUP, including security vulnerabilities, contact support@lamorevince.com. Include enough detail for us to investigate. Do not access other users' data or disrupt the Services in the course of demonstrating an issue.
10. Changes
We may update this AUP at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Services or by email. Continued use of the Services after the effective date of an update constitutes acceptance.
