Community Guidelines

These Community Guidelines (the "Guidelines") describe the conduct required of every person who accesses or uses the websites, applications, and services operated by L'Amore Vince, Inc. ("L'Amore Vince," the "Company," "we," "us," or "our") (collectively, the "Services"). The Guidelines apply across every surface of the Services — profiles, photos, albums, bios, personality Q&A answers, text rounds, audio rounds, video rounds, contact exchange, connections, ice breaker games, streaks, events, group experiences, leaderboards, livestreaming, and any other feature we offer now or in the future.

The Guidelines supplement, and are incorporated into, our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to comply with the Guidelines. The Company has sole and absolute discretion to interpret, apply, and enforce the Guidelines, including to determine whether conduct violates them, and our determinations are final. Violations may result in content removal, feature restrictions, warnings, temporary suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all credits and purchases, and referral to law enforcement, in any order and without prior notice.

1. The Core Principle: Real People, Real Conversations

L'Amore Vince exists for genuine human connection between real adults. Every rule below flows from one idea: be a real person, present today, treating others the way you would want to be treated. If you are ever unsure whether something is allowed, assume it is not, and ask us at support@lamorevince.com before doing it.

2. Identity and Authenticity

You must be who you say you are.

Use real, current photographs of yourself. Photos of other people, AI-generated or heavily altered images presented as real, stock photos, celebrity images, and images designed to mislead are prohibited in profiles, albums, and check-ins.
Keep your profile honest — your age, name, photos, intentions, relationship style, and everything else you say about yourself must be truthful and current.
Complete the daily check-in honestly. The check-in is how the community knows the person on the other side is real and present today. Do not fake, automate, spoof, outsource, or otherwise circumvent it.
One account per person. Operating multiple accounts, sharing an account, or operating an account on behalf of another person is prohibited.
No impersonation of any person or entity, living, dead, or fictional, including other users, public figures, Company staff, or law enforcement. Parody and "fan" accounts are not permitted; this is a platform for real identities only.
No misrepresentation of affiliation with any person, company, or organization, including falsely claiming to be employed by, sponsored by, or acting for L'Amore Vince.

3. Respect: Harassment, Hate, and Threats

Disagreement is fine. Cruelty is not. We apply zero tolerance to the conduct in this section, meaning a single confirmed incident may result in immediate permanent termination.

No harassment or bullying. This includes insults, degradation, sexual harassment, unwanted sexual remarks, mobbing, pile-ons, and any conduct intended to distress, humiliate, or intimidate another person.
No stalking or unwanted contact. If someone unmatches you, blocks you, ends a connection, declines to advance a round, or asks you to stop contacting them, all further contact or attempted contact is prohibited — including through new accounts, other users, events, group experiences, games, or any off-platform channel using information learned on the Services. Attempting to locate, follow, surveil, or appear in person where another user lives, works, or frequents is stalking and will be treated as a serious safety violation.
No hate speech. Content or conduct that attacks, demeans, dehumanizes, or promotes discrimination, hatred, or violence against a person or group on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, color, caste, immigration status, religion, sex, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, disability, serious medical condition, or veteran status is prohibited. This includes slurs, hateful imagery and symbols, racist, sexist, homophobic, transphobic, or xenophobic statements, "preference" statements expressed as demeaning generalizations, and dog-whistle content intended to evade detection.
No threats or violence. Threats of harm (explicit, implied, or "joking"), intimidation, incitement to violence, glorification of violent acts or their perpetrators, and wishing harm, injury, death, or self-harm on any person are prohibited. Credible threats are referred to law enforcement.
No promotion of self-harm. Content that encourages, glorifies, or instructs on suicide, self-injury, or eating disorders is prohibited. If you encounter a user in crisis, report it immediately.

4. Minors — Absolute Prohibition

The Services are strictly for adults 18 years of age and older. There are no exceptions.

Any child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — including real, edited, drawn, AI-generated, or fictional sexual content involving minors — results in immediate permanent termination, preservation of evidence, and reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement.
Any attempt to engage, groom, solicit, sexualize, or arrange to meet a minor, or to facilitate any of the foregoing, is treated identically.
Users under 18 are removed immediately upon discovery, regardless of how the account was created. If you become aware of a minor on the Services or of any conduct targeting a minor, report it immediately to support@lamorevince.com.

We cooperate fully with law enforcement in connection with any conduct involving minors.

5. Sexual Content and Consent

No explicit sexual content in profiles, photos, albums, bios, Q&A answers, or text rounds.
No unsolicited sexual content of any kind, in any round or feature. Sending sexual content, exposing yourself on video, or directing a conversation to explicit territory with someone who has not clearly invited it is prohibited.
All interaction must be consensual. "No," silence, hesitation, or a changed mind means stop — immediately and permanently. Pressuring, guilting, bargaining, or repeatedly asking after a refusal is harassment.
No non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII). Sharing, threatening to share ("sextortion"), or soliciting intimate images of any person without their consent results in immediate permanent termination and law enforcement referral.

6. No Exploitation, Solicitation, or Commercial Misuse

The Services are not a marketplace.

No sex work, escort services, or solicitation of any kind, including advertising, pricing signals, "arrangements," sugar relationships offered in exchange for money or goods, or directing users to paid adult content or subscription platforms.
No requests for money, gifts, or financial assistance, no matter how sympathetic the story. Romance scams — building false intimacy to extract money — are a permanent-ban offense and are referred to law enforcement.
No financial schemes: no investment pitches, cryptocurrency promotion, forex "mentoring," multi-level marketing, pyramid schemes, or "opportunities" of any kind.
No advertising, promotion, lead generation, recruiting, or selling of any product, service, event, or platform without our prior written consent. This includes promoting your own social media accounts for commercial purposes.

7. Spam, Fake Profiles, and Inauthentic Activity

No fake profiles, fabricated personas, or accounts created to deceive, defraud, test, or manipulate other users or the Company.
No bots or automation. Automated account creation, automated messaging, scripted swiping or matching activity, and any software-driven interaction with the Services are prohibited.
No spam: bulk, repetitive, or indiscriminate messages, copy-paste outreach, chain messages, or link distribution.
No artificial inflation of streaks, leaderboard positions, check-in records, credits, matches, event attendance, or any other metric.

8. Privacy of Others — No Doxxing

Never share another person's private or identifying information without their explicit consent. This includes legal names, home or work addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, government identifiers, financial information, photos, social media handles, and immigration or health status. This applies on the Services and off them, when the information was learned through the Services.
Do not record, capture, screenshot, or store another participant's audio, video, image, or messages without the consent of all participants, and never share or threaten to share such material.
Outing a person's sexual orientation, gender identity, or HIV status without their consent is a serious violation and may result in immediate permanent termination.

9. Livestreaming and Events Conduct

Every participant must consent before a stream begins, and the stream must stop immediately if any participant withdraws consent.
You are responsible for everything you stream, including compliance with the rules of any third-party platform you stream to.
Events and group experiences are shared spaces: the Guidelines apply with full force, and hosts and the Company may remove any participant from an event at any time for any reason.

10. Games, Streaks, Credits, and Fair Play

Play fairly. No cheating, exploiting bugs, or manipulating game mechanics, streak mechanics, leaderboards, matching, or outcomes.
Do not use games, streaks, or events to pressure, harass, or mislead another person.
Conduct involving credits is additionally governed by our Credits Policy and Acceptable Use Policy; exploiting the credits system is treated as fraud.

11. Personal Safety

For your own protection:

Never share your home address, workplace, daily routine, financial details, or passwords with someone you have just met, and never pressure others to share theirs.
You are never required to advance a round, exchange contact information, or meet in person. Take your time.
Watch for red flags: requests for money or gift cards, urgency to move off the platform, inconsistent details, refusal to do video rounds, gaps in check-in history, and pressure of any kind.
If anyone makes you feel unsafe, block and report them immediately. If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.

Our Safety Tips page contains a fuller guide. Remember that the Company does not conduct criminal background checks on users and cannot verify users' offline conduct or intentions; exercise the same caution you would with any stranger.

12. Enforcement

Depending on the severity, context, and history of the conduct, we may apply any of the following, in any order:

Warning — formal notice with an opportunity to correct behavior.
Feature restriction — loss of access to specific features (e.g., events, livestreaming, messaging) for a defined or indefinite period.
Temporary suspension — time-limited loss of access to the Services.
Permanent ban — account terminated; all credits, unlocks, streaks, and purchases forfeited without refund; re-registration prohibited.
Law enforcement referral — for illegal conduct, credible threats, financial crimes, or any conduct involving minors.

Serious violations — including anything involving minors, CSAM, sexual exploitation, NCII, credible threats, romance scams, and human trafficking — skip the ladder and result in immediate permanent termination, evidence preservation, and reporting to authorities. Creating a new account to evade any enforcement action ("ban evasion") is itself a violation and results in immediate termination of all associated accounts.

We may consider off-platform conduct — including criminal convictions, conduct on other services, and credible reports of offline behavior toward other users — in making enforcement decisions.

13. Reporting

Use the in-app Report function on any profile, message, round, event, or piece of content, and select the reason that fits. You may also email support@lamorevince.com.
Reports are reviewed by our trust and safety team. We may remove content, restrict or remove accounts, preserve evidence, and contact authorities where appropriate. We do not disclose the identity of reporters to reported users.
Retaliation against good-faith reporters is prohibited and is itself a violation. Knowingly false or weaponized reports are also a violation.

14. Appeals

If you believe an enforcement decision was made in error, you may appeal once by emailing support@lamorevince.com from your account email with a brief explanation. We will review and respond with a final decision. Decisions on violations involving minors, CSAM, NCII, threats, or fraud are not subject to appeal.

15. Reservation of Rights

The Guidelines are illustrative, not exhaustive. We may remove any content and restrict, suspend, or terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, for any conduct we determine — in our sole discretion — to be harmful to users, third parties, the community, or the Company, whether or not it is specifically listed here. We may update the Guidelines at any time; continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance.
