Purchased credits never expire. Credits you earn free, from daily bonuses, questions, and other rewards, expire 3 months after you receive them if unused.
What if we both want to advance but I'm out of credits?
You'll get a nudge to top up or earn a few free credits. The connection waits for you — nobody is forced forward until you're ready.
Can I get a refund?
Unused purchased credits can be refunded within 14 days. Credits already spent or earned for free are not refundable.
